Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of DISCmeter (discmeter.com), operated by BLUE GO PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES, a sole establishment registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Dubai E-Trader Licence No. 1196694) (“we”, “us”). By using the service you agree to them.

The service

DISCmeter provides an online DISC behavioural assessment with a free basic report and an optional paid full report. You access your account through a one-time email sign-in link (no password).

Payment

The full report is a one-time purchase (launch price $9, no subscription). Prices are in US dollars and shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; the charge on your statement will reference DISCMETER.

Refunds

Because the full report is delivered digitally and immediately, it is generally non-refundable once unlocked. That said, if something went wrong or you're not happy, email hello@discmeter.comwithin 14 days and we'll make it right, typically with a refund. This does not affect any statutory consumer rights you may have.

Acceptable use

• Don't misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Don't resell or redistribute reports as your own product.
• Provide an email address you control.

Nature of the report — important

DISC describes behavioural tendencies and preferences. Your report is for self-awareness, development, and team-communication purposes. It is not a clinical, psychological, or psychometric diagnosis, and should not be used as the sole basis for hiring, firing, or other significant decisions about people.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
