DISCmeter (“we”, “us”) is operated by BLUE GO PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES, a sole establishment registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Dubai E-Trader Licence No. 1196694, Department of Economy and Tourism, Dubai). This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use discmeter.com, why, and your rights over it. Questions: hello@discmeter.com.

What we collect

• Your email and (optional) first name — to deliver your results, sign you in via a magic link, and contact you about your report.
• Your assessment responses and computed DISC scores — to generate your profile and report.
• Payment information — processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• Usage and device data — basic analytics (pages, events, approximate location, and ad-click identifiers such as GCLID) to understand and improve the service and measure marketing.
• Team & organisation enquiries (only if you ask)— if you tick the optional “explore DISC for my team” box, or submit the team-report enquiry form, we collect your name, work email and company so we can follow up.

Sharing with HDS

DISCmeter is a product of BLUE GO PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES (BLUE GO). Our sister organisation Human Development Solutions (HDS)delivers DISC and leadership programmes for teams and organisations. If — and only if — you explicitly opt in (the “explore DISC for my team” checkbox, or the team-report enquiry form), we share the details you provide (name, work email, company, and the fact that you completed a DISC assessment) with HDS so they can contact you about that. If you do not opt in, nothing is shared with HDS. You can ask HDS to stop contacting you at any time.

Legal basis

We process your data to perform our contract with you (delivering your report), with your consent (analytics/marketing cookies), and for our legitimate interests in running and improving DISCmeter.

Service providers (sub-processors)

We share data only with providers that help us run the service:

• Supabase — database & authentication
• Vercel — hosting
• Stripe — payments
• Resend — transactional email
• Anthropic — AI-generated report insights
• Google Analytics & PostHog — product and marketing analytics
• Human Development Solutions (HDS) — team & organisation follow-up, only if you opt in(see “Sharing with HDS” above)

Retention

We keep your account and report for as long as your account exists. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing hello@discmeter.com.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the EU GDPR and the UAE Personal Data Protection Law), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email hello@discmeter.com.
